We are expanding and seeking Supervisors to join our Melbourne and Brisbane Teams.
These are roles suit someone who is methodical, accountable and confident operating within regulatory frameworks, while stepping into greater file ownership and complexity.
What you’ll be responsible for
Taking full ownership of smaller insolvency engagements, ensuring they are delivered in line with statutory obligations, timelines and internal standards
Supporting the delivery of larger, complex matters, contributing to structured planning and execution
Undertaking investigations, reporting and recovery actions with a focus on accuracy and evidentiary support
Managing stakeholder communications in a clear, direct and professional manner
Maintaining strong compliance discipline across all file work
Providing direction and oversight to junior team
What you bring
4+ years’ insolvency experience, including exposure to file ownership and end-to-end responsibility
Strong technical capability across investigations, statutory reporting and compliance processes
Demonstrated ability to apply legislative and regulatory requirements in practice
CA/CPA qualified or near completion
A disciplined, structured approach to work, with a focus on accuracy, accountability and deadline

About You
We’re looking for someone who:Has recently completed (or is close to completing) a Bachelor of Commerce or Business (majoring in Accounting)
Is eligible to commence CA studies
Communicates clearly and professionally
Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Works well both independently and in a team
