Steven Ruhe, a seasoned Chartered Accountant specialising in insolvency matters. He brings an equally impressive background in corporate recovery and insolvency administration. Since starting practice in 1994, Steven has delivered commercially effective results for clients across varied sectors, backed by strong financial acumen and stakeholder-focused service.

Alice Ruhe is a leading insolvency and restructuring professional in Australia, with over 20 years of experience in corporate and personal insolvency administrations. As a Registered Trustee in Bankruptcy and Registered Liquidator, Alice is regularly appointed by creditors and regulatory bodies to manage complex insolvency matters across multiple industries.
Her expertise spans sectors including construction, hospitality, information technology, accounting, legal, medical, and retail. She has a proven track record in recovering assets, investigating voidable transactions, and identifying misconduct—consistently delivering strong returns to creditors.
Alice is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ), a member of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association (ARITA), and the Turnaround Management Association (TMA). In recognition of her leadership in the field, she was awarded the WIRQ Award in 2021.

Steven Ruhe is a highly experienced Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of expertise in insolvency, corporate recovery, and advisory. Since beginning his practice in 1994, Steven has successfully managed a wide array of complex insolvency matters, offering strategic and practical solutions to businesses and individuals facing financial distress.
A graduate of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association (ARITA) course, Steven brings in-depth knowledge of restructuring and turnaround strategies. His industry experience spans sectors such as construction, retail, professional services, and more—consistently delivering commercial results tailored to each client’s situation.
As Associate Principal at The Ruhe Group, Steven plays a key role in helping clients navigate the full spectrum of insolvency processes with confidence and clarity. He is known for his hands-on approach, strong analytical thinking, and commitment to achieving compliant, timely, and effective outcomes.
